Started at 1.9 mph (and increasing) trying to keep my heart rate between 94-111 bpm.
At 6 minutes my speed was at 2.5 mph, keeping my heart rate between 96-100 bpm.
At 15:30 minutes increased speed to 2.6 mph to keep heart rate between 97-100 bpm.
At 16:30 minutes increased speed to 2.7 mph to keep heart rate between 98-103 bpm.
At 19 minutes decreased speed to 2.6 mph to keep heart rate between 96-102 bpm.
At 23 minutes decreased speed to 2.5 mph to keep my heart rate between 95-99 bpm.
At 27 minutes decreased speed to 2.4 mph to keep my heart rate around 95 bpm.
Total walk time - 30 mins ___Total distance - 1.25 miles
