If anyone is worried about the carbs...don't....because you are always eating them balanced and only a max of 20 total carbs per meal.....you are not over doing it.....I have not been craving more.....I finally found "balance".

Happy to hear that you are loving the plan! It helps to be able to add some of the things that you enjoy, even if it is a smaller amount sometimes! It works for me too! I missed fruit and try to have something that I enjoy...this week it has been cherries...yum!
