AnnieFelac,

I have the Keto hot cereal in strawberries and cream, and it is very good. You might try that instead of the oatmeal.

Ok... have to throw my two cents in... Total Protein is good for something crunchy (I sometimes put it in a baggie and pretend I have a little bag of chips). And yes it is good with some berries and Hood 2% milk (I also tried the regular and found it icky) HOWEVER! I wish they wouldn't put sugar and corn syrup in it. Seems like they could have used something else (splenda?!?).

I also wish there were more low-carb options available that didn't use soy protein. I have to be very careful not to consume too much because it messes with my thyroid medication.

I tried the Keto hot blueberries and cream once... and only once, I'll take my home-made flaxmeal cereal over that anyday!

The LaTortillas don't have transfats.... they are a little "gummy" but if you heat them in the microwave a few seconds and let them cool before using them, they're good, IMO.

I just dug out the bag from my Doritos... partially hydrogenated oil was so far down the list that it came after onion powder....I wonder if this tiny trace is really enough to get wound up about at all. I'm choosing not to, but I'm wondering about others.....

The thing about trans fats are that they won't leave your body nor does it know what to do with it; so even a small amount adds up.

The KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce is amazing. Also, could not live without Heinz one carb Catsup. It has splenda.

Wow! Where have I been? I didn't know Heinz had a 1 carb ketchup and made with Splenda too! Awesome! I'm gettin' me a bottle now. This would be great to make my own BBQ sauces with.

Just checked Amazon and they have it available. Thanks bunches!

My local Safeway used to carry the Heinz 1 carb ketchup but no longer does. I recently bought 10 bottles of it from Netrition to stock up. Probably once we start running low again, I will bring a bottle to Safeway and see if they can order it for me with the SKU number. Has anyone ever done that? I heard that they can order anything that has a barcode but I don't know if that's true.

Bakenettes Pork Rinds....they're hard, disgusting, and stick like a lump in my throat when I try to swallow them. I don't have that problem with any other pork rinds.

Quite a few of the low-carb protein bars....it would be easier for me to mention the GOOD ones....

Pepsi and Coca-cola have new versions of their soda pop being touted as having half the carbs....half the sugar....AND IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE!!! They simply don't have any concept of what we're trying to do here....

Walden Farms chocolate syrup is DISGUSTING!!!
